自上料攪拌車漏油一般有幾方麵的原因：
There are several reasons for the oil leakage of self feeding mixer truck
1. 車輛配件的質量、材料或工藝有問題或結構設計不合理。
1. There are problems in the quality, material or process of vehicle accessories or unreasonable structural design.
2. 裝配不當，配合表麵不清潔，襯墊破損、位移或未按操作規程進行安裝。
2. Improper assembly, unclean mating surface, damaged gasket, displacement or installation not in accordance with operating procedures.
3. 配件之間的螺母擰力不均勻，滑絲斷扣或鬆曠脫落等導致工作失效。
3. Uneven tightening force of nuts between accessories, broken or loose sliding wire lead to work failure.
4. 使用年限長的專用車的密封件磨損嚴重，老態變質或變形失效。

預防自上料攪拌車漏油的措施：

1. 重視襯墊作用，車輛的零件之間的襯墊是有防漏密封作用的，那如果這些材料在質量上或安裝工藝上不符合技術要求，那就起不到密封防漏的作用，甚至會發生事故，比如油底殼或氣門罩蓋，由於接觸麵積大而不易壓實，就會造成漏油。
1. Pay attention to the role of gasket. The gasket between the parts of the vehicle has the function of leak proof and sealing. If these materials do not meet the technical requirements in quality or installation process, they will not play the role of sealing and leak proof, and even accidents will occur. For example, the oil pan or valve cover is not easy to be compacted due to large contact area, which will cause oil leakage.
2. 自上料攪拌車上的各個螺母要按規定扭矩擰緊，過鬆壓不緊襯墊會滲漏，過緊會使螺孔周圍金屬凸起或將絲扣寧滑而引起漏油。還有就是如果油底殼螺塞未擰緊或脫落，就很容易造成機油流失。
2. The nuts on the self feeding mixer should be tightened according to the specified torque. If it is too loose or not tight, the gasket will leak. If it is too tight, the metal around the screw hole will bulge or the screw thread will be smooth, causing oil leakage. Also, if the oil pan plug is not tightened or falls off, it is easy to cause oil loss.
3. 要及時更換失效的油封，自上料攪拌車隨著使用年限的加長，車上很多部位都要注意，有些油封使用時間長了就會因老化而失去彈性，就很可能因此產生漏油現象。

4. 避免單向閥、通氣閥堵死。由此引起箱殼內溫度升高，油氣充滿整個空間，排放不出去，是箱殼內壓力升高潤滑油消耗增加和更換周期縮短。發動機通氣係統堵塞後，增加了活塞的運動阻力，使油耗增加。由於箱殼內外氣壓差的作用，往往會引起密封薄弱處漏油。因此需要對車輛進行定期檢查、疏通、清洗。
4. Avoid blocking the check valve and vent valve. As a result, the temperature in the tank increases, the oil and gas fill the whole space and cannot be discharged. The pressure in the tank increases, the consumption of lubricating oil increases and the replacement period shortens. After the engine ventilation system is blocked, the movement resistance of the piston is increased and the fuel consumption is increased. Due to the effect of the air pressure difference inside and outside the box shell, oil leakage often occurs at the weak part of the seal. Therefore, it is necessary to inspect, dredge and clean the vehicles regularly.
5. 妥善解決各類油管接頭的密封，對於車輛上經常拆裝的螺母要經常檢查，發現問題要及時更換。

6.避免輪轂甩油。輪轂軸承及腔內潤滑油脂過多，或其油封裝配不妥，質量不良或老化失效，製動頻繁引起的輪轂溫度過高；車軸螺母鬆動等都會引起輪轂甩油。因此潤滑要適量。
6. Avoid hub oil spilling. Too much lubricating grease in the hub bearing and cavity, or improper matching of oil package, poor quality or aging failure, too high hub temperature caused by frequent braking, and loose axle nut will cause hub oil rejection. Therefore, proper lubrication is required.
