混凝土攪拌車從進料開始到卸料完畢允許的最大時間為1.5小時或拌筒旋轉300轉（取其中時間短者）。車輛滿載上坡應適當使拌筒旋轉速度加快。車到交貨地點後，把卸料溜槽和加長溜槽轉向需卸料的位置。在操縱車輛尾部兩側手柄前，應解開駕駛室操縱定位鎖緊板，才能實現拌筒尾部正反轉操作。然後根據工地要求的速度進行卸料。
