如果不能在混凝土預凝之前將自上料混凝土攪拌車修複，應立即采取應急措施：

1.馬達和減速機無故障情況下，連接“應急油管”將混凝土卸出，預防凝灌事故發生。

2.馬達或減速機發生故障且確定無法在混凝土預凝前使罐體轉動，請快速打開人孔蓋，如人孔蓋不在罐體下方則需要在罐體前錐底部開孔(Φ=1250px，避開原有焊道)，與此同時必須持續向進料口灌入大量清水，衝刷罐內混凝土，直至罐體下方無混凝土流出，罐內少量殘餘混凝土需人工進行清理，清理完畢後進行清洗，將割下部分重新焊接到混凝土攪拌車罐體上(安裝人孔蓋)，並打磨噴漆處理。
