(1)任何預拌混凝土在未添加緩凝劑的情況下，都在1小時左右進入初凝狀態，這時再進行混凝土澆注施工將影響混凝土的工程質量。因此全自動攪拌車運送預拌混凝土有其時間控製的輸送半徑。一般控製在1小時以內。從出料到卸料完畢的長時間為90分鍾，且攪拌筒總轉數不大於300轉。如嫌原有的卸料槽不夠長，需另外接長時，請用支柱將接長部分撐住。

注意：攪拌車行駛時，如攪拌停止回轉，則拌筒滾道與拌筒托輪上會產生壓痕，並發生異常噪聲。因此，務請注意。

具體操作步驟如下：

⑴準備工作準備好三根緊急驅動軟管，卸下接管和接頭蓋。
(1) Prepare three emergency drive hoses, and remove the connecting pipe and connector cover.
⑵故障車(被驅動車)的操作
(2) Operation of faulty vehicle (driven vehicle)
①將故障車的發動機熄火;
① Shut down the engine of the faulty vehicle;
②將緊固螺母(左右各有一個)朝左旋鬆;
② Unscrew the fastening nuts (one on the left and one on the right) to the left;
③再將旋鈕朝右旋轉，直到不能再旋為止;
③ Turn the knob to the right again until it can no longer be turned;
④將高壓軟管從馬達接頭處卸下;
④ Remove the high-pressure hose from the motor connector;
⑤將緊急驅動軟管接到馬達接頭上;
⑤ Connect the emergency drive hose to the motor connector;
⑥把緊急驅動軟管上的接管與故障車卸下的高壓軟管相接，以防漏油。
⑥ Connect the connecting pipe on the emergency drive hose with the high-pressure hose removed from the faulty vehicle to prevent oil leakage.
⑶救援車(驅動車)的操作

①將操作手柄至於空檔位置;

②將發動機熄火;
② Shut down the engine;
③將高壓軟管從高壓油管處卸下;
③ Remove the high-pressure hose from the high-pressure oil pipe;
④將緊急驅動軟管接到高壓油管上;
④ Connect the emergency drive hose to the high-pressure oil pipe;
⑤用緊急驅動軟管上的接頭蓋將驅動車的高壓軟管蓋起，以防漏油。
⑤ Use the connector cap on the emergency drive hose to cover the high-pressure hose of the drive vehicle to prevent oil leakage.
⑷啟動救援車的發動機。
(4) Start the engine of the rescue vehicle.
⑸將救援車的操作手柄撥至“出料”位置，使故障車內的混凝土排出。
(5) Turn the operating handle of the rescue vehicle to the "discharge" position to discharge the concrete in the fault vehicle.
⑹緊急驅動完畢後，使兩車各自恢複原狀。
(6) After the emergency drive, restore the two vehicles to their original state.
