二、外購件、外協件均應有製造廠的產品合格證，並符合相關標準的要求，經攪拌車生產廠檢驗合格後方可裝配。
2、 The purchased parts and outsourcing parts shall be provided with the product qualification certificate of the manufacturer and meet the requirements of relevant standards. They can be assembled after passing the inspection by the mixer manufacturer.
三、攪拌車的廠定大總質量不得超過底盤的大許用值，轉向軸(輪)載質量和側傾穩定角應符合GB7258的規定。
3、 The total mass of the mixer truck shall not exceed the maximum allowable value of the chassis, and the steering axle (wheel) load mass and roll stability angle shall comply with the provisions of GB7258.
四、焊縫應均勻、平直。無漏焊、裂紋、央渣、表麵應無毛邊，包砂等現象。
4、 The weld shall be even and straight. There should be no welding leakage, crack, central slag, burr on the surface and sand inclusion.
五、所有外露黑色金屬表麵均應作防鏽處理。外表裝飾漆應美觀大方，符合GB7258的規定。

六、從進料到輸送卸料完畢，允許的長時間為90mh，且攪拌筒按規定連續運輸不大於300轉。攪拌車行駛時，高車速不得超過如50km/h

十、輸送應安裝牢固。各連接部分部件不應有損壞、變形等現象，不應有上車與底盤偏離原先的固定裝置的情況。

十一、車在大總質量狀態下，以20km/h的速度府能通過14%的坡道外溢。

十二、製動性能府符合國標規定。行駛車外噪聲應符國標要求。

十三、整車的各項密封性能良好，各密封麵、管接頭及所有連接部位均不得有滲油漏氣的現 象。
