(4)混凝土運往施工現場時，發現混凝土的坍落度達不到施工要求。若坍落度低於設計要求30-50mm，可按運輸清單上的平方數，每側加泵送劑0.5kg。比如貨件體積是8m3，可以加0.5×8=4kg。如果用10kg的塑料桶裝泵送劑，滿桶11kg，大約可以加入桶的2/5，然後用水管加水3-5s，將料鬥中的泵送劑衝入罐，啟動罐快速旋轉3分鍾，上車觀察混凝土拌合物是否合適，符合要求即可使用。

(6）混凝土攪拌車廠家認為)在初凝期的混凝土中，由於溫度高、運輸距離長、壓製時間長，混凝土的坍落度損失比較大。經試驗可添加同類型的泵送劑或減水劑。但添加的總量和之前添加的總量不應超過外加劑最大量的20%。應逐漸添加，先少添加。攪拌後，攪拌車必須快速轉動2分鍾左右，並測量坍落度符合要求。運至現場的混凝土不能立即卸貨，卸貨前應迅速轉動運輸車2分鍾，以保證坍落度和質量。超過初凝時間的混凝土應丟棄，不能重複使用。混凝土攪拌站澆築前的停滯時間越長，混凝土強度損失越嚴重，應引起足夠的重視。
